Item details

braided leather cord, Sterling silver bolo tips, Sterling silver setting, silver bezel, stainless steel slide, 24 gauge sterling plate, pyrite carved cabochon, brass colored carving, brown neck tie, sterling sphere tips, Dragon carving, pyrite dragon, string necklace

This is the second of a fantastic looking piece of jewelry that incorporates a carved pyrite cabochon. Bolo ties are worn by both men and women. They can be worn on the bare skin or on apparel. This dragon bolo tie is carved from pyrite, which has a nice golden look to it. The standing dragon is carved well. The carved cabochon is slightly beveled so the scalloped sterling bezel will hold it firmly in place. The dragon can symbolize potent and auspicious powers, particularly control over water, rainfall, typhoons, and floods. The dragon is also a symbol of power, strength, and good luck for people who are worthy of it in East Asian culture. Pyrite can be found in Italy on Elba and at Piedmont, in Spain, Kazakhstan, in the United States from Colorado, Illinois, Arizona, Pennsylvania, Vermont, Montana, Washington. The centerpiece is 2 1/8 inches long and 1 3/4 inches wide. The brown cord is 42 inches long and the tips are 1 1/2 inches long.
