All sales are final. Please ask questions before making a purchase, there is no such thing as too many questions! Returns based on issues with size, fit or style cannot be accepted.
In the rare event there was a significant error in the listing, please contact me within 48 hours of the arrival of your package, and I will make an exception to the return policy. After 48 hours that USPS has marked your package delivered, a return can no longer be considered.
Public Dove Vintage can not be held responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please read shipping policies above to insure your package.

Processing takes 1-3 business days. Customers are not charged for shipping materials nor insurance costs, only USPS shipping rates. All items are shipped via United States Postal Service. A tracking number will be provided to the buyer at the time of shipment so that packages may be tracked. Public Dove can not be responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please read about domestic and international shipping below to learn about included shipping insurance.
It is highly recommended to track your package with the tracking number provided. Once a package has been delivered, USPS is no longer liable for loss or theft of your package. Public Dove Vintage can not be responsible for package theft or loss after delivery.

All United States shipments are made using USPS Priority Mail. USPS covers up to $100 of insurance at no extra charge. As a courtesy, Public Dove Vintage provides insurance for purchases over $100 at no additional cost. Insurance claims are handled by USPS. Public Dove Vintage can not refund lost or damaged packages.
In the event of package loss or damage, please contact USPS within 15-60 days of shipment at: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm . I am also happy to provide help in filing an insurance claim, or providing the required sales receipts for purchases and shipping. Public Dove Vintage can not guarantee insurance refunds from USPS.
