Ready to Ship? - No. All of my items are made to order unless stated otherwise and subject to the processing time stated in the shipping and policies tab and your shopping cart prior to payment.
Changes - As my items are made to order they are customisable so changes to size/colours can be made within 2 days
Cancellations - Under the current processing schedule customers MUST give 2 days notice for cancellations before supplies are ordered/prepared in advance for item completion and shipment when due.
After the 2 day cancellation window, cancel requests will NOT be accepted and will be subject to my after shipment policy. Customers are responsible for acknowledging the listing titles/descriptions and my policies before ordering.
