My badges are very sturdy, but not indestructible. The charms metal is an alloy so they will tarnish into a pretty rose tone. Touching your badge less will help, by the air itself will change the color. Hand sanitizer, excessive heat or cold from the car and the washing machine are not its friend. Lesson learned over time. Heat will ruin the velcro, maybe even the resin. The swarovski crystals can be cleaned with a damp towel, avoiding free water on the paint of the tree of life badge.

Best idea ever, Velco!!

Why velcro?? They come with a velcro backing so if your reel breaks, you can apply it onto the next one! My badge are super easy to assemble. When marring the velcro together, make sure you wiggle, smash and push from side to side to mesh the naps of the velcro together. 🍭Another great thing about velcro is you can start a collection and interchange my badges! Switch your cover to celebrate Christmas or Valentine's Day. If you love your dog, wear him one day. You can change it depending on your mood. Today I like pink, but tomorrow I like purple. Reels are not guaranteed

I wish I could guarentee that the plastic, 3rd party reels won't break, but I just can't. Like all Reels it will break over time. If you purchase a reel/ receive a reel with your purchase please know it will eventually break. Some sooner, some later. That is why I make my badge jewelry with velcro; so you can reapply to a new reel. So sorry but Reels will not be refunded or replaced. Most employers have extra on hand. If needing a new piece of fuzzy velcro, please see my listing to purchase and I will send one. You can also purchase more velcro at Walmart or the sorts. Thank you for your understanding!😙

Shipping problems can occur

Once your beautiful jewelry leaves my hands and is placed into USPS's hands, there is nothing I can do about deliver problems. I can control when I get a package out and I do ask if there is a date you need it, anticipating the average time it takes to process and ship. I will suggest another shipping method such as 3 Day or Overnight if it seems that the process time is shortened by a "rush order". Unfortunately USPS does lose packages. Not receiving your package is quite frustrating. I understand. I order many things online and expect them to get to me, but there are quite a few things that I will never receive. If you notice that its been over 2 weeks after delivery confirm was sent please, please contact me! Thank you for understanding

Processing time is required to decrease mistakes

Remember, I hand create each badge so I do need that extra time to put the love and attention into your custom piece. If you need it sooner, I can work with you. Just let me know when. Plus I have lots of already made badges you can choose from if you need it in a hurry. Just let me know. We're here to have fun, right?

I know... I wish I could work faster, but my custom orders take time. I do warn you it takes almost 1 month to receive your Hand-made orders😍 I am also working, living my life and taking care of myself and family, so those things are important to prioritize so I can keep a positive work/life balance.
