Digital PDF files featuring 16 labor positions as well as the benefits and simple "how-tos" for each position. This is a great resource for professionals - Midwives, Doulas, and Childbirth Educators to have on hand for teaching.

After my first childbirth experience (where I was pressured into laboring on my back) I was determined to arm myself with the necessary information and resources that would allow me to feel more in control when I had my second baby. I'm passionate about helping other women feel more empowered in directing their birth experiences. Whether you are working with mothers who give birth at home, a birthing center or a hospital, these cards were created to help remind women that “flat on your back” is not the only option — I want every woman to believe in and listen to her body!

Cards are 5 inch square. PDF files are provided, but please contact me if you need a different file format - I'm happy to help!
