This stylish coffee pot is a beautiful mid-century ironstone piece that was built to last. The sky blue glaze has a beautiful patina from age, and is still bright and clear. Use the coffee pot alone or in a collection - matching creamers, sugar bowls, and mugs can be found at other vintage shops online.

Condition: Beautiful condition. The glaze has a lovely crackled finish when you look closely, but it only adds to the charm of the piece. There are no chips, breaks or cracks. There is some coffee staining on the inner rim under the lid, but it's faint (see photo).

History: This coffee pot is part of the "Nordic" ironstone line by Style House. Style House was a name marketed by Montgomery Ward in the 1960's through the 1980's.

Size: 10" tall, 4.25" diameter. Tip of spout to edge of handle measures 9" wide. The handle is 6" tall. The lid stands 3" tall to the handle and has a 3.25" interior diameter.

Marking: The base is marked with an MW (Montgomery Ward) and reads, "Style House Ironstone Nordic, Made in Japan."
