Once we receive an order, we begin processing it immediately in order to keep our quick turnaround time. If an item has shipped before we receive your message to change an address, we are not responsible for the item shipping to the wrong address or for replacing the item. If an item shipped to a wrong address is sent back to us, you will be contacted with the amount to reship the item. We will not reship your item unless this amount is paid in full. If the item is at our store and not shipped yet, we try our best to change the address for you.

Once an order is shipped, you receive an email with tracking for that order. Once the package has left our store, we are not responsible for the item and have no more information than what the tracking number shows. If there is an issue with shipment/delivery you will have to contact USPS or your local post office for assistance. We are not responsible for lost packages due to USPS handling.

The pan is adorable and love that the monogram is as customizable as you’d like. The package took a little longer to get there than anticipated but no fault of DesignsbyLindaNeeToo - they had great customer service when I asked them to change the address to be shipped directly to my BFF 👍
