1. What's the production time in your shop?

Production time in our shop varies, though we usually need 2-3 weeks to complete one order. We always try our best to finish and ship items as early as possible.

2. What if I need to change/cancel my order?

We do not accept cancellations but do not hesitate to contact us if anything is not right with your order. We will surely help you solve the issues regarding accidental mistakes (wrong size, color, etc.).

3. Do you accept returns?

We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Unfortunately, unless the item arrives damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns/exchanges for custom or personalized orders.

4. How do I return an item?

Always notify us before sending the return. Include your order number and items you want to return/exchange. Please, always ship the parcel via post, not a courier. Postal service insures you for the value of the goods as they are your responsibility until they reach us. Always save a tracking number so we would be able to track the parcel. We cannot accept the parcel that was sent using a method other than post. IMPORTANT: We make a refund only after receiving the parcel and checking if it meets our return requirements - unwashed, unworn, and with a tag. IMPORTANT II: We require the tracking number to be sent after posting. We will have to track the parcel to be able to declare it to Lithuanian customs.

5. How can I edit/change my shipping information?

If you wrote incorrect shipping information or simply want to change the shipping address, write us a message with the correct one. We will include that to our notes and the parcel will be shipped to the right place.

6. How can I track my parcel?

If your parcel has been shipped and you want to know it's exact location – reach out to us, we will give you a tracking number and link to track. We usually ship with FedEx couriers or Lithuanian post.

7. How to take care of linen bedding? Does linen shrink?

Linen can be washed in a washing machine – plain white linen at 60 degrees, colored linen at 40 degrees. Use natural, mild product for washing (would be perfect to use product that is suitable for wool). Our linen has been pre-shrunk so it will not shrink.

8. What if I need a custom order?

If you need different set or different sizes for your bedding feel free to contact us for a custom order.

Update: After posting my initial review for this vendor, I received a message from Laura wanting to take care of an issue with my order been stuck in Europe at a FedEx location there. Within 48 hours of my initial review and critique, my product was delivered to me here in Texas. The product itself is a good quality. However, as is typical when looking at stuff online, colors are not always as they appear. While I knew my device might present the color other than what it would actually be, I did not expect it to be so orange. Compared to other similarly colored items online, it looked less orange then other products of the same color scheme. So I’ll be using this in the fall and winter as it is darker and more on the orange side, not more on the brown side as I had hoped, Especially with the color name like “tobacco.”

The set is beautiful quality. I would absolutely order again from this shop. It looks like it does on the photos (ordered in White). My only critique (hence 4 stars instead 5 stars) is that took a very long time for the seller to send out this item. If the expected wait time is 3-4 weeks this must be communicated in the description before the order is placed. If someone is in need of bedding and is under the impression to receive this item within 7 days, that is a huge time difference. A seller has to be transparent about that, especially when items are that expensive.

I was so pleased with this purchase! It looks great, is super comfortable, and has washed well. It did take a bit longer than expected due to the dye not meeting their quality standards, however it was worth the week extra wait as it’s perfect!! Thank you!
