You are purchasing a vintage rubber date & time 'received' stamp from the 1970's still with its original box!

The stamp is a heavy metal stamp with what appears to be a wooden handle. The actual stamp part is rubber.

Made in England by the Top-tuf company it appears to have been made in 1975. It features a round dial with the numbers 1-12 for setting the time. This dial spins to align the number with the arrow at the top. The middle part says 'received' then underneath is the date. You set the date by popping open the base and spinning the pieces. Easy to open and close (shown in pics) The earliest year is 1975 and the latest year is 1986 but there is also a blank spot in the years nmaking it possible to stamp without a year (same for the month and days!).

The stamp hardly looks used and is in fantastic condition. The only date with ink on it is the 19th of July 1979. All other numbers appear to have never been touched. Fantastic collectors item or addition to paper projects!

The actual stamp image measures approx 5.2cm wide
