Each bowl in the set is made-to-order in our English Cheshire Blacksmiths' workshop. This four-bowl set has been designed to sit, or 'nest', inside one another, as well as allowing personalised text to be seen when stacked.

The metal is shaped by repeated heating & hammering using traditional tools and skills, so everything we make is completely individual, no two bowls are ever alike - that's the beauty of hand-crafted work!

* For personalised Bowls simply compose your messages, for all four bowls, and count the total number of characters (you don't have to count spaces). Then select the correct option at checkout i.e. if your messages have 15 characters select the 11-20 character option.

* Send us your messages using the 'Personalisation' tab on the item listing page. Please specify the text you'd like stamping on each bowl.

* We will stamp your messages along the inside rim of your Bowls unless otherwise instructed.

How do I care for my bowl, bookmark...?
We sent a leaflet with QR code with links.
All our forged pieces are treated with Beeswax and 'Renaissance Wax' to provide a protective and attractive finish.
We recommend, intermittently, that you treat the metal with a beeswax or a similar natural polish, it will keep the piece looking great. Simply apply some wax and buff to a high shine.
No lacquers or paints are used to treat the metal, so over time, and especially if there is significant moisture in the air, rust spots may begin to appear. If this does happen gently remove them with fine wire wool and apply a coat wax as detailed above. Given a little care and attention your piece will last for generations!

How is it packaged and what’s the gift wrap like?

Keyrings come in a little cotton bag and shipped in a padded envelope.
Bookmarks are placed in a branded card sleeve ready for gifting and shipped in a plain padded envelope.
Ring bowls and dishes in a branded gift-box shipped in a padded envelope or cardboard wrap.
Larger bowls are packed in a branded gift-box and then shipped in either a cardboard outer box or a cardboard wrap mailer
Other items, like fire tools are wrapped in paper and bubble wrap and shipped in a cardboard tube or shipping bag.
Gift wrap is available for every item and we keep it rustic-style: light brown Kraft paper and Rafia string tried in a bow with a gift tag.
We accept requests fro gift messages.

What is Personalization and what is the process?
We stamp requests onto metal using letter and number punches using a hammer; each number, letter & character one my one into the metal. It is painstaking work, and is why we always check your order is correct before starting.
We're not robots, but we do have highly trained eyes so the text may not always be perfectly straight! I'm sure you appreciate that this is the real beauty of real hand crafted work.
**We do usually spot spellink mistukes but cannot be held responsible if we stamp a message that does have typo's or grammatical errors!**
Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions and one of the team will get back to you ASAP but responses can be slower on weekends.

All Custom and personalized orders will take time to manufacture and this will be stated in the 'CONFIRMATION MESSAGE, which we will send you within 24 hours of you receiving your order. Shipping estimates are best estimates and not guaranteed.
Your tracking number will be sent automatically when your order is dispatched.
International shipping with Royal Mail can take 1-2 weeks.

There are things you can do while you wait for our reply;
1. Did you gave the correct address?
2. Any email notifications from us?
3. Phone your local postal center giving the tracking code.
4. Ask a neighbor if they have your parcel & check bushes too!
