Description

Homemade pin cushion.
Each pin cushion comes with 3 pretty colored straight pins plus a special pin that I have created just fo that particular cushion.

Each one is made a little different then the next.

Each order will include a small wool ball that will house the pins.

Some of the cushions are quilted.

When you order you will see a drop down to choose the one you like.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

My customers are very important to me. I put lots time and care into every piece I make. However, sometimes problems may occur.

If you are not completely satisfied with your item, please contact me. I will do my best to solve any problems, but I cannot do so without communication. So, please let me know if you have any issues with your order. Please contact me at rnrusso@nycap.rr.com

The item must be returned in it's original condition and unused. I will exchange/refund the merchandise once it is returned to me. The customer is responsible for return shipping.

Items CANNOT be returned for refund if:

- Items that have been damaged due to client negligence.
- Custom length has been requested.
- More than 7 days has transpired since the original date received.
- Item has been personalized (for example, hand-stamped)
- Bridal/Multiple items order

Currently, I only ship domestically.

Your item(s) will be carefully packaged and shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Your shipment should arrive in 3-5 business days after it has been shipped. The package will be addressed to the address which is provided at checkout. If you wish to have this shipped elsewhere please provide the "ship to" information to me. This can be done by contacting me through ETSY, or by sending me an email (rnrusso@nycap.rr.com).

Lost packages are rare, however my shop can not be held responsible for lost packages by the postal service. You may purchase insurance, for a minimal fee, if you so choose. You should make such a request PRIOR TO CHECKING OUT the merchandise so the additional cost may be added to the purchase price.

Also, please let me know if you need to receive your order faster. You should make such a request PRIOR TO CHECKING OUT the merchandise, so that I may add the additional fee accordingly.
