🌟LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED ITEMS!!!

Once an item is shipped we are just as much at the mercy of the USPS as you are. If there is a problem with your shipment, please contact your local post office. They should be able to give you updates with a tracking number.

We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages- please opt for insurance if this is something you are concerned about.
We are also not responsible for errors made by USPS. If your item is delayed past its "estimated arrival date" it is out of our control and there is nothing that we can do but wait. We suggest filing a complaint with the USPS.

If insured, a domestic package must be missing for 21 days with an incomplete tracking record before a claim can be filed.

All orders are shipped to the address on your PAYPAL/Etsy account. We ask that you verify the address listed is your correct and current shipping address before submitting your order.
We are not responsible for packages that are shipped to the wrong address due to inaccurate information provided. If an address change is submitted, we will do our best to make those changes for you if time allows, but these changes are not guaranteed. Please let us know as soon as possible if you discover that the wrong shipping address was sent to us.
