A reserved listing is one created just for you. Mostly a reserved listing is used so that the shipping can be combined for the multiple items you wish to purchase. A link to the listing will be sent in a message to you. All you will need to do is click on the link and then add it to your cart like any other listing. But don't worry, if you have trouble along the way Caity's assistant is here to help.

Caity can not discount items that are bought in a quantity over that which is listed. Prices are based on what Caity paid for an item. Often her prices are so low because she loves to bargain hunt. However, to replace an item that is out of stock and still in demand usually means she will pay a lot more (and spend a lot of time searching for it) making discounts difficult.

Although 99.9% of Caity's sales result in a customer thrilled with their purchase, returns are accepted. However, unless the item is being returned because of an error by her assistant, you will need to pay the return shipping.
