FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS - ITEM RETURNED TO SENDER

Failure to pay VAT, respond to notices left by carriers, or other instances where delivery was attempted but not picked up may result in the package returning to KCO Vintage. Refunds will only be issued when the package in question arrives back to KCO Vintage. Refunds will be for the price paid, original shipping is non-refundable. If the tracking number indicates the order was delivered, no refund will be issued. If your country does not participate in the E-USPS DELCON INTL tracking number sharing program, KCO Vintage is not responsible for late or missing packages as we cannot confirm the package status. To receive a refund on non DELCON packages, you must wait for a successful return to KCO which can take many weeks.

Amazing 1980s vintage deadstock high waisted kitty print high waisted wide leg pants made of very thin, crisp, papery Tyvek material, very unique and cool! Stretchy cinched elastic waistband, single pocket at rear, unlined. The front fly is mostly decorative with just 3" of opening left at the top. Wide and roomy leg width. So cute you can wear these about anywhere, but prepare for compliments and comments galore!
