Items are shipped in a sturdy shipping box or padded mailer. Please let me know if you need discreet packaging or other special packaging. Rowans Originals ships worldwide using the USPS. Some international packages track door to door and others only track in the United States.

Please be sure to enter your correct shipping address for purchases. Your package will be shipped to the Etsy address that you enter. If your address is incorrect, and you fail to let me know prior to the item being shipped, we are not responsible for miss-delivery or non-delivery of the item and no refund will be given. If the item is returned to Rowan's Originals due to an incorrect address, we will refund the cost of the item minus the cost of shipping.

Everything is hand made so the item may very slightly from the picture.

Rowan's Originals creations are intended for adults and collectors over 14 years old, they are not suitable for children as they include small parts that could easily be swallowed or have sharp, pointy things.

Rowan's Originals reserves the right to refuse a sale to anyone with a history of abusive feedback and/or malicious behaviour towards other Etsy members.
