I made it for my daughter in a gingham with a white jacket back in 1980, it's still very much in fashion. The tuck making is worth the effort because when finished, the dress is definitely an original! This sundress would be stylish worn as a top over leggings or capris. The dress will look cute even without the embroidery, and could be worn for a special occasion like a summer wedding.
The embroidery transfer is missing from the pattern, any cute or pretty transfer will work in it's place, or you could cut up a vintage embroidered tablecloth, pillowcase, etc....if you don't want to do the work of embroidery, as long as the fabric it's on is suitable.
Condition: The pattern has been cut once and is complete with all pieces and instructions. The envelope is in good shape with no tears. There is NO embroidery transfer.
