There are 2 categories of presets: Mobile and Desktop.
Mobile presets can be used only on phones and you have to install free Lightroom CC app which is available for iOS as well as for Android.
Desktop presets can be used only on PC/Mac and need paid Lightroom software.

Please check howtoinstall.pdf attached to your order. It's a detailed installation guide with step by step screenshots. If you need more help write me a message, I will reply as soon as possible.

Yes, that's correct.
DNG files can be visible only in Lightroom app. You have to open the app and import the photos to actually see them.
