This PDF contains the Kaituna Knickers PDF pattern (created 2018), in the sizes from 4XS (4 NZ and 0 US) to 5XL (30 NZ and 26 US).

NOTE: Just added a new ultra high rise, ultra low leg, and ultra high leg cut to the options.

Files: One PDF for instructions/ info, and two PDFs that contain pattern pieces. One is for printing on A4 (NZ) and the other is for printing on letter size paper (US).

This pattern set comes with 12 different sizes of undies. There are 5 rises options, 7 leg cut options, 3 gusset widths, and several gusset lengths to choose from, to meet your needs.

They can be sewn as regular underwear or period undies with an absorbent gusset.

Period/incontinence options include snap on, sewn with the undies or sew a pad to the undies. 3 lengths at front and back for the period/incontinence options and 3 gusset widths.

Included in this file is instructions for bands, foe, panel and period/incontinence undies, with examples of testers undies that have been made.

Kaituna Creations patterns may be used for selling sewn items.

Options in the pattern:
Rise: Ultra high, extra high (retro), high, medium and low
Period/incontinence options: Snap-on, sewn in with undies and wingless pad sewn onto the undies
Legs cuts: 7 heights
Gusset widths: 3 widths options - slim, regular and wider
Gusset length options: smallest for main undies, 3 lengths at front and 3 at back for period/incontinence undies
Sizes in the pattern: 4XSs (4 NZ), 3XS (6 NZ), 2XS (8 NZ), XS (10 NZ), Small (12 NZ), Medium (12-14 NZ), Large (16-18 NZ), XL (20-22 NZ), 2XL (22-24 NZ), 3XL (24-26 NZ), 4XL (26-28 NZ), 5XL (28-30 NZ)
