We can cancel your order if you request us to do so as long as it has not already been printed and/or shipped. If your order was for a custom piece, we will not cancel your order after we have created your art work. We also do not accept returns of custom pieces. Please be advised that if your order is shipping to an address outside of the continental United States, you may be required to pay additional fees, such as customs fees, before your local postal carrier will deliver your package. We do not pay those fees, as we are not aware of what, if any customs fees, will be charged to you at the time you place your order. If you would like to return an item, you must request a return within 3 days of receiving it. We will not refund you for the cost of shipping to you, or back to us. Once we receive the item back, as long as it is in the same condition we shipped it in, we will refund you for the amount of the item(minus any shipping overages) or exchange it for another item, which does not include any shipping fees paid by you or by us.
