• Yes, many partystarking printable files can be edited by you to include your personal details. Instructions are included with all printables.
• Adobe Acrobat Reader must be used to edit/print any PDF files with editable text, install it free here: http://adobe.com/reader
• Please note: text editing doesn’t work correctly in the iOS version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. Other apps e.g. Mac’s default PDF app Preview will also give unpredictable results. I recommend installing the desktop Mac/Windows version of Adobe Acrobat Reader as linked above for the best results with text editing.

• For most printables I recommend using good quality thicker paper, or card stock.
• Wonka Bar wrappers, it depends on your printer type:
–Laser printer: regular printer/copier paper is usually fine
–Inkjet printer: use gloss or coated inkjet paper
• Golden Tickets can be printed on gold vellum paper or gold metallic/pearlized paper – just check that paper is suitable for your printer type.
• Please note: every screen/device/printer is calibrated differently. Printed color may vary from what you see on screen. Printer type (laser/inkjet) and ink and paper used may also affect color.

I'm unable to print and ship at this time. You can print at home on your laser or inkjet printer, or take files to your local print shop.

• If ordering custom/printed items e.g. invitations and you need them urgently, please let me know and check the shipping options when ordering: for some items it's possible to upgrade shipping at checkout.
• Printable files are available for instant download as soon as you complete checkout :)

Yes – if you have purchased a printable item, check the instructions file in the download for a discount coupon code & link to upgrade to a complete party kit – or send me a message and I will give you a coupon code.

If you buy one of my printable party kits I'm more than happy to send some elements in a different color/size or make minor adjustments to files for you, just contact me with details of what you need...

• Digital/printable items are non-refundable once files have been downloaded. If you have any problems following the included instructions or need to make adjustments to files, please contact me for advice.
• Custom-made/printed orders are non-refundable. I will send images to approve to ensure items are made to your requirements. However, if you are not completely happy please contact me and I will attempt to rectify any issues where possible.
• Stock items are eligible for a refund of the item cost in the event you change your mind within 14 days from receipt of your order. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs and return shipping.
