All UK items are sent 2nd Class with upgrades available at the checkout. All international orders are sent with tracking. To track your item enter your tracking number into the Royal Mail website here: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item I package hoops/ear cuffs/chains in a corrugated paper envelope and each item comes in a grip seal bag. Stud earrings are sent in a box with each item in it's own grip seal bag. Boxes, shredded tissue, tape and jewellery cards are all recyclable/biodegradable. Envelopes are corrugated

Due to hygenie reasons earrings cannot be returned or exchanged. If they arrive damaged please contact me. All my helix cartilage stud earrings are made with a standard 20g stud which is the size most commonly used for lobe piercings. Hoops are available in various gauges. ☆Please ensure your piercing is fully healed before inserting new jewellery, in particular sterling silver☆ Cartilage piercings (including ear and nose) should not be changed until fully healed. The healing process varies between individuals however jewellery should not be changed until at least 6 months and most piercers recommend a year.

Jewellery Care/Cleaning Guidelines

Follow these tips: Avoid cleaners which contain alcohol, acid, vinegar and ammonia. Remove before bathing, showering, swimming, sporting activity and sleeping. Store your jewellery in an airtight bag or container. Clean your sterling silver jewellery with a silver polishing cloth to help prevent tarnishing. Do not: Boil, steam or sterilise your jewellery as this may cause irreversible damage Expose to extreme heat or damp Each purchase comes with a grip seal bag which should be reused to store your jewellery. If damage is caused to your jewellery due to not following these guidelines I can not accept returns or give refunds.

I use 4 main types of metals - 925 sterling silver, stainless steel, 14k gold fill and titanium. Each material is listed in the item description. Unfortunately I cannot be held responsible for any reactions due to metal sensitivity and will not refund. Everyone has different tolerances to metals. Stainless steel contains a certain allowed amount of nickel. If a refund is agreed due to an exceptional circumstance the item must be shipped back to me within 14 days at your cost. This is so I can send the item back to my supplier for quality assurance.

If your item doesn't arrive when expected

If your item does not arrive in the time frame given please consider the average delivery times first: •UK: upto 10 working days •USA: 7-21 working days. From the dispatch date. These are estimates. Whilst the pandemic is ongoing please expect these times to be much longer. A claim for loss can only be submitted as follows: •UK: 10 working days after the expected delivery date •USA/Australia: 25 working days after the expected delivery date. I will try to help. If the parcel cannot be found and it's agreed I will resend, the same item that was lost will be sent - no alternative item. I cannot control customs, strikes, adverse weather, pandemics etc.

What is Sterling Silver?

925 Sterling Silver is 92.5% pure silver and usually 7.5% copper. Silver in its purest form is not able to be formed therefore it is usually mixed with copper to make it strong enough to work with. •Considerations: A good metal for those with metal sensitivities (once piercing is fully healed) Due to the copper content, if an individual is very sensitive to copper, there is a small chance it can turn skin green however this is more common in rings where the hands are incontact with other substances. Sterling silver tarnishes therefore requires regular cleaning with a silver polishing cloth to remove any build up which leads to tarnish. It should only ever be worn in fully healed piercings. All metals react to individuals differently.

What is Stainless Steel?

Stainless steel has many grades. The grades I have listed in my shop are 304 stainless steel and 316 surgical steel. •Considerations: Stainless steel can be better for those with metal sensitivities compared to silver plated. These metals still contain a small percentage of mixed alloy. Will not rust, change colour, tarnish or fade All metals react to individuals differently.

What is 14K Gold Filled?

14K Gold filled is composed of a solid layer of 14K gold bonded to a jewellers brass base. It is not to be confused with gold plated. Gold filled jewellery is 1/20th of the items weight. Unlike plated gold, gold fill does not chip or fade. Gold filled, like solid gold, can be worn by those with metal sensitivities. Gold filled may still tarnish (due to the brass base) and therefore needs to be cleaned every so often. A great alternative to solid gold at a fraction of the price. All metals react to individuals differently.

Please check the size and the photos in the listing description to ensure the ear cuff will fit on your top cartilage. Everyone's ears are different and so they may not be suitable for you. If you decide it will fit and then receive it and it doesn't then please contact me. I can not refund on lost products.

Titanium has many grades. I use grade one 99.67% commercially pure titanium. •Considerations: Titanium is hypoallergenic. It is suitable for most people. Titanium does not rust or change colour. Titanium can be cleaned using dish soap and drying thoroughly. As with all jewellery it should be cleaned every so often. As with all my jewellery please ensure your piercing is healed before changing and inserting new jewellery. All metals react to individuals differently.

How to measure your piercings diameter: Taking a tape measure (paper or clothes type) start from your hole and in a straight line measure to the outside edge of your piercing in millimeters. This is the inside diameter of my hoop earrings. This will be a snug fit. For a larger fit add 1-2 millimeters. Gauge is little more difficult. For this you would need to know what gauge your current earring is or ask a professional piercer. As a guide standard lobe piercing earrings are 20g/0.8mm thick.

Earrings/hoops come in a clear bag sealed with a tamper proof void sticker. -I cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings/nose hoops when the void seal sticker has been tampered with or broken. -If the bag & seal is intact I can accept a return or exchange. -You would need to notify me within 14 days of your intention to return accompanied with a picture of the void sticker still intact from the front and back. If the item is received back and it is tampered with I will not be able to refund or exchange. Buyer pays return postage. This single earring is made on a sterling silver 3mm ball standard 20g stud connected to a butterfly back with 2 sterling silver chains which you can choose the length either:
•2.5cm and 4cm
or
•3cm and 5cm

The chain links are a dainty 1.5mm.
