If you would like to make a return, just contact me within 14 days of receiving your package. Then, you must just ship your package back to me at your expense. Due hygiene reasons, earrings are not returnable or exchangeable.

All jewelry must be returned unworn and in their original condition and packaging. Trium Jewelry has the right to deny a return if the jewelry returned does not meet our return policy requirements. You are responsible for return shipping costs as well as items lost or damaged

For exchanges, I will send you a voucher with the value of the returned item.
I carefully inspect all of my pieces before they leave the studio. If ever an item arrives damaged, it must be reported to me immediately - within 24 hours

I will not offer a refund if a package is returned for the following reasons:
1) The address provided by you was not correct.
2) The package is unclaimed once attempted to be delivered.

I will offer the possibility to have the package reshipped once the jewelry has been sent back to me. In that case, I will send you a message to confirm the shipping address, and you will need to pay a re-shipping and handling costs before sending the package again.

All the orders will be shipped to the shipping address supplied through your Etsy Order. Please check this address is correct before finishing your check out. These arrived today late. Ironically, it took as long for the seller to get it from Spain to Boston, as it took USPS to deliver it locally in Boston. The seller noticed the delay, and reached out (unprompted) to assure me the order was coming (wow, customer service). Aside from the USPS delay, I ham VERY pleased with the product. The ear cuffs fit comfortably, and they are GORGEOUS. Small, elegant, the design catches the light beautifully.
