Our products are natural and minimally processed. Average shelf life varies from 6 - 9 months. Please keep your new goodies out of heat, direct sunlight and humidity to extend shelf life. During hot weather it's advised to refrigerate any balms, creams or salves for 15 minutes prior to use. The ingredients have a naturally low melting point and may need to "firm up." In cold weather, products may be a firmer consistency. Simply warm in your hand before application.

Skin Sensitivities and Allergens

With any new product it's always best to spot test 24-hours prior to application. We are not responsible for adverse reactions to product. It is the customer's responsibility to test for skin sensitivities prior to use. Spot Test: Apply a small amount of product covering 1 inch of the inner forearm. After 24 hours if no reaction has occurred, proceed! Some items do contain Fragrance Oils because the origin does not produce essential oil. All US orders ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Tracking information is available in your Etsy Purchases and also emailed to you on the shipment date. WOW!! I don’t even know where to begin to describe how pleased I am with my purchases from this seller! I am so impressed! I ordered a variety of items for Christmas gift giving, so I cannot give my personal experience. But what I can tell you is how wonderful the packaging is, and also I am amazed at how strong the scents are! I opened the box that the individual items were packed in, then I placed the box in my guest bedroom and closed the door. I could actually smell the incredible fragrances down the hall! I am going to use the samples that were so generously included in my package and I will update this review. I was also pleasantly surprised at how fast my package arrived.
