This was exactly what I was looking for! I needed an Okapi headband for my son on Friday (I got notice on Sunday) and we had everything but a headband (wasn't *needed*, but I was hoping to make it/buy it for him). I used the deer pattern and was able to make it happen. When I got stuck and frustrated, Bethany was very responsive and helpful in making this happen. I did make a mistake with the ears, but after she explained it, I know how to do future headbands. I'm really looking forward to making more of these for my son and his cousins. The clickable links that took you to videos on how to do everything was expecially helpful coming from someone who just did a tunisian project which reset all my knowledge on the simpler ones.

I LOVED THIS PATTERN! She even had a video linked to it (which was super quick). This project took me about an hour to whip together (and I was taking my time). Highly recommend
