Please specify the exact length of the extension in cm or inches. IMPORTANT: Any customizations mentioned above make the item non-refundable.

CAN I UPDATE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Yes, you can update your shipping address as long as your order hasn’t been sent out yet. Just message us as soon as possible with the correct details, and we’ll take care of it.

If your parcel is returned to us as unclaimed, we’ll contact you to arrange redelivery or a cancellation. Please note that a redelivery fee will apply, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

All of our garments are made to order, meaning they are crafted especially for you. Please allow up to 10 business days for production before shipping.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN AND EXCHANGE

Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached and unused. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that do not meet these conditions. If a returned package is refused for this reason, the buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs.

If you’re unsure about sizing, she will contact you and help you figure out what size will be best. Her linen is beautiful, with rich colors that never fade, but only get softer with each wash.
