🖐️ You can be assured that your item is 100% handmade and unique, crafted in a smoke- and pet-free home to minimize odors and allergens. 🧵 All letters are carefully hand-cut and hand-stitched, made from felt and filled with polyester stuffing.

🕒 Because of high order volume, turnaround is never less than 4–5 weeks. You can also find this info in my Announcements, listing descriptions, and at checkout. Once I start your order, it typically takes 1–2 business days to complete a name banner.

🧵 I love making custom orders. You can choose any color or theme, and I can mix and match designs from my shop. If you have an idea that isn’t in my shop yet, I’d be thrilled to chat with you and bring it to life. I always enjoy creating something new!

★ The letters are 4.8 inches (12 cm) tall. The letters are movable so you can expand or contract the banner to your liking. ★ All information about an item you can find in the description of that item. My descriptions of the items are very detailed. Please read them carefully, so we can avoid misunderstandings. Please take note on the sizes, dimensions and any other information before purchase! Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

After you start making my name banner, will I be able to see it before shipping?

★ Absolutely! For custom-made items, I’ll send you photos of your completed order before shipping, and I’ll only send it once you let me know you’re 100% happy with it. ★ I’ll keep you updated with photos throughout the process, so if there’s anything you’d like to adjust, we can easily change, replace, or remove it. This way, we’re creating your order together. ★ If a custom order is purchased and I don’t hear back from you after my messages, I’ll proceed with making your item exactly as shown in the listing photos to ensure it’s completed in a timely manner.

Gift wrapping and packaging

📢 Shipping & Delivery ★ Please add your phone number at checkout for safe, trackable international shipping. ★ All orders include tracking for peace of mind. ★ Please double-check that your shipping address is correct and complete. ★ If delivery is attempted and no one is available, the courier may hold your package for 7–15 days. ★ If a package comes back to me due to being unclaimed, refused, or an incorrect address, re-shipping costs will need to be covered by the buyer. 📢 Returns of Unclaimed Packages ★ I’m happy to resend returned packages once the new shipping fee is covered. ★ If you’d prefer not to have the item re-shipped, I can refund the item price (excluding shipping) after it’s safely returned to me.

Lost & Stolen Packages
