When you purchase a digital download, unless it is a personalized file, your files will be available immediately for you to download from your Etsy profile. Alternately, check your email for a link to download the file.

How long will it take to receive my personalized file?

Please see shop announcement for current turnaround time. Orders are completed in the order they are placed. Need something right now? Let me know before you order and I'll let you know if I can get it to you quicker.

Can I use this file to decorate items I sell?

Your purchase includes a small commercial license. This means you may sell an item decorated with my artwork up to 500 items. Any more than that will require a large commercial license. Please contact me for information.

How can I use these files in Silhouette Studio?

To use an SVG in Silhouette Studio, you will need to have upgraded to Silhouette Designer Edition. To open DXF files (check that the listing shows DXF files are included in your purchase!): 1. Click on the File tab. 2. Click on Open. 3. In the Files of type list, click AutoCAD Drawing (*.dwg; *.dxf). 4. Browse to the file and click Open.
