I will ship most orders within a week of your purchase, usually first class with delivery confirmation, I try to keep shipping costs down. Most bags ship flat on a bubble mailer.
I don't include a packing list or receipt with your order.

Vinyl decals ship via first class mail with no tracking number.

Order will ship to your Etsy address. If you need your order shipped to a different address please convo me right away.

I am not responsible for lost packages in the mail, almost every order has a tracking number. Unfortunately, once it has been shipped, with a tracking number, it is out of my hands. Please contact your local post office if your package does not arrive. Further action may be required, ie: filing a police report for "theft", as "Porch Piracy" is on the rise. Package theft is not covered with shipping insurance and we will not replace at our expense.

Please make sure that you have entered the correct mailing address. If you didn't receive your item due to an incorrect address, that you provided, you will be responsible for re-shipping cost. Please keep track of your delivery day so you know when its being delivered.

For international orders, I am not responsible for paying customs charges, this is the responsibility of the buyer, please be aware of this before you purchase.
