Every art work is shipped to you professionally packed with a tracking number, an insurance and with protective packaging material and wrapped in cardboard or rolled safely in a sturdy tub.
Shipping prices includes shipping, packaging supplies and an insurance (except goodies and postcards).

Although it rarely happens, you have to be carefull about the reception of the packages: When receiving your parcel, and before signing the receipt, make sure that your order has not damaged (open the parcel if needed). If so, I have 48 hours to report any problems, don't wait to inform me. And because once signed, shipping insurance is no longer valid and I could not refund or send you another order.
