Printing Instructions:

Spread Format (2 pages per sheet)
If you are printing this out in spread format on standard US letter size (8.5" x 11") paper, make sure the paper size is set to "US Letter" in your print settings, and the scale is set to 93% (if you don't want any margin space).

Page Format (1 page per sheet)
If you are printing this out in page format on A5 size (5.8" x 8.3") paper, make sure the paper size is set to "A5" in your print settings, and the scale is set to 100%. If you are using standard "US letter" size paper, set the paper size to US letter, and the scale to 133%.

If your printer allows front and back printing, select the "Layout" option underneath the orientation section, and then set the pages per sheet to "2", and the two-sided option to "on".
