We don't accept returns for:

- Custom or made to order items
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale and items from Outlet or Last Chance section.
- Accesories, such as: capes and capelets, jewelry, headdresses, gloves, neck corsets and corset belts.

Other products can be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us for further return instructions before returning the item.

In all cases buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Refunds are charged with a 15% restock fee. Shipping costs are not refunded.

Reservations cannot be canceled and will not be refunded.

The sample pieces have been used in photo sessions and/or fashion shows, as well as to try on in the boutique. They have all been dry cleaned. They may show some small marks, especially on the bottom or inside, but hardly noticeable. If any of the pieces have a major defect, this will be specified in the listing description.

In no case will we accept returns of these items.

A tiny piece of fabric also badly cut, which I would not even show to a bride, not even to my mother who is a seamstress from how undignified she is. Also for € 2.64 similar polka dot tulle are found cheaply everywhere. I also have one as a curtain of the small window of my bathroom. I asked for the return but it is not possible. As for me, it was the first time I felt teased by buying online. I suggest showing the samples in the photos to be clearer and to be less exorbitant.

Un minuscolo pezzo di tessuto tagliato anche male, che nemmeno mostrerei a una sposa, nemmeno a mia mamma che è sarta da quanto è poco dignitoso. Inoltre per € 2,64 simili tulle a pois si trovano a poco prezzo ovunque. Ne ho uno anche come tenda della piccola finestra del mio bagno. Ho chiesto il reso ma non è possibile. Per quanto mi riguarda è stata la prima volta che mi sono sentita presa in giro acquistando online. Suggerisco di mostrare i campioni nelle foto per essere più chiari e di essere meno esosi.

The fabric sample is a high quality bridal tulle that is perfectly cut and wrapped, like each of our products. Of course, it is the right size so you can check if its color and texture suit your dress. I am very sorry that your reaction to not being able to return a fabric sample (they cannot be returned anywhere) is to try to discredit our work.

This was the perfect addition to my wedding outfit! We went with a darker theme and I wanted to wear a white dress but needed something to add and I couldn’t imagine a better item! Honestly so obsessed with it and wish I could wear it with literally every outfit
