Keto Chocolate Cake Brownie Mix...Add a few ingredients (eggs, milk of choice, coconut oil/butter*) to make the PERFECT Keto Chocolate Brownies!

*Coconut oil/butter can be substituted with unsweetened applesauce for a lower calorie/fat brownie. This will give the brownies a more cake-like texture.

Naturally gluten free

Makes 9 brownies, 8x8 pan OR pour into a mini muffin pan to make brownie bites!!

Easy to follow directions on package.

**Baking Tip: After pouring batter into pan, let set a few minutes to allow coconut flour to soak up liquid. Once batter is thickened, bake in oven.
***Baking directions are for a metal pan. Glass bakeware cooks differently and is not recommended.

I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong! Lol the keto pizza didn’t turn out too well and now these brownies didn’t turn out well at all. I think it’s probably me..

After our conversations, I believe we discovered the issues... 1) As stated in the listing, the batter needs to rest in the pan prior to baking to thicken. 2) Brownies were baked in a glass pan. Glass tends to cook the outside faster than the inside, resulting in uneven baking.

Taste is excellent, Im not sure if i didnt bake long enough but it was fudgey! I perfer my brownies a bit more sturdy haha. I am more of a cookie gal, so i will just stick with those next time. I would recommend for anyone who likes brownies!
