Most of the listings will have a drop-down menu that allows you to check off your exact measurements. Note that you will also have to option of adding a free adjustable six-inch chain with a charm dangle at the end. Wrap and Soul waistbeads can be worn all the time, day and night, as long as you are not allergic to gemstones, or base metal, plated silver/gold, copper, brass or pewter as these are metals that are frequently used.

Unless your skin is extremely sensitive, you can even shower, bathe and swim with your beads on. Be aware that over time chlorine, soap, skin oils, lotions, etc, can sometimes coat, dull or discolor the beads. The chains are plated silver or gold, so water may tarnish or fade them over time.

Some waistbeadswomen believe that “clearing” gemstones before wearing them removes any residual negative energy from previous handlers. To “clear” gemstone waist beads, leave outside in direct sunlight or moonlight for 24 hours.
