Do you do commissions or custom work?

I'm sorry, but my schedule doesn't allow time for me to take commissions or custom projects. I am happy to take suggestions, but I cannot guarantee what you're looking for is something I will end up making.

When will my order ship?

Each listing displays the date range when I expect to ship your item: ready-to-ship or made-to-order. All shipments include a tracking number. Ready-to-ship items (decals, mesh fabric, prints, etc.) ship within 3 business days*. In most cases, I ship them the next business day*. Made-to-order items include all unpainted blank resin pieces, such as masks, claws, etc. When you place an order, they are added to my production queue in the order they're received. The turnaround time is 1-2 weeks. I will also send you a message via Etsy within 1 business day* to let you know the exact date I intend to ship your order. Please double-check your messages if you're checking on the status of an order! *Mon-Sat, not including USPS postal holidays.

What happens if my order says "Delivered" but I didn't receive it?

When a package doesn't arrive, the first thing you should do is verify that the shipping address on your order was correct and that USPS can deliver to that address. Please note that I cannot be responsible for replacements if the shipping information I was given was incorrect. You might also want to check with neighbors, if possible, to see if it was mis-delivered. I typically like to give packages a couple days to see if they arrive, either by a neighbor delivering them or the postal worker may have marked them 'delivered' but wasn't actually able to complete the delivery that day. (That does happen sometimes!) If your address was correct and you cannot find the package, please contact me for further assistance!

What kind of paints and glues work well with your blank masks and props?

I send a guide along with each purchase with tips on how to paint your mask, what kinds of glues to use, and more. You can view this online here: https://www.rednebulastudios.com/media/2020/09/Blank-Face-Mask-Guide_819_MAIN.pdf I also send a similar guide for non-mask props, but the information is largely the same. You can view the prop guide here: https://www.rednebulastudios.com/media/2020/09/Blank-Resin-Prop-Guide_820_MAIN.pdf

Why are only some cast items available in black?

To be able to cast in black, I need to make a special kind of mold that allows me to cast it in a pressure pot. Unfortunately, not every piece is able to be turned into this kind of mold.

Can you cast resin pieces in other colors?

All of our cast resin pieces are available in white, and certain pieces are now available in black. I don't have the setup to do other colors at this time.

What's the difference between a raw cast and a cleaned-up cast?

A raw cast is straight out of the mold with minimal cleanup. There will be some flashing and the edges may be sharp. A raw cast will require you to do some sanding and cleanup before use. You can also choose the cleaned-up option, where we take care of removing all of the flashing and sanding the edges clean and smooth.

Will you attach a strap to a mask blank for me?

It's best to paint your mask prior to attaching the strap, so I don't offer them with the straps already installed. The strap just gets in the way during the painting process, especially priming. I do also have a simple strap kit available that comes with instructions: http://www.etsy.com/listing/236565095

Can I attach horns (or other items) with spirit gum?

My cast resin horns, fangs, and other such items are meant as embellishments for props or masks, and weren't made with the intention to be attached directly to skin as a prosthetic. It may be possible to apply some of the lighter pieces to the skin with spirit gum, but I have not tried this and can't guarantee the results.

What if I supply an incorrect address or a package is returned?

Please make sure to double-check your shipping address before placing an order! The buyer is responsible for providing a correct shipping address. If USPS returns a package to us with a "Return to Sender" note, we will refund the order minus the shipping cost and the buyer is free to purchase again (after updating their address). If the package is lost due to an incorrect address, we cannot provide a refund.

This listing is for one vinyl decal with the Mass Effect paragon symbol. You can choose whether you wish to have it with the circle border or without. The closest color to the in-game version is bright blue, but you can choose any color you wish from our selection!

The renegade symbol is also available, here: https://www.etsy.com/ch/listing/685182954/renegade-vinyl-aufkleber-rote-renegade

My adhesive vinyl decals are rated for outdoor use and are semi-permanent. Outdoor life for non-metallic colors is 5 years; metallic gold and silver are 3 years. These decals are removeable but not reusable, and they should NOT be used on painted interior house walls. However, they work great on car windows, laptops, or any other smooth, flat surface you'd like to customize!

*Metallic gold and silver vinyl have an outdoor life of 3 years.

Choose the size and color you want from the dropdown lists. Color guides can be found in the photos. Please note that every monitor views colors a little bit differently, so the actual vinyl decal may be a slightly different color than you see on your screen.

Please let me know if you have any questions or need a different size than those listed.
