Processing and Shipping Timeline Information

Current Ship By Date Estimates are 1-2 weeks (or 5-10 business days) after purchase. If we do not receive the information necessary to make your design at the time of purchase, any delay in receiving your custom information may likely delay your item's Ship By Date.

We strive to exceed the timeline, above, but cannot guarantee your will ship sooner than the ship by date, especially if you want to see a proof of your design prior to printing and shipping.

Each item is created from scratch, starting with the design process. If a proof is requested, there is a proofing process. After creation and/or approval of the digital proof, there is printing, packaging, and shipping. We cannot control delays in transit once an item has shipped and, in our experience, all shipping carriers (UPS, Fedex, or USPS) do experience delays during busy shipping holidays including Christmas, Mother's Day, and Father's Day.

We offer a JPG file option where we customize the design and message you the digital printing file for you to use to print yourself, locally, or with a third-party printing site. This option is faster because you don't have to wait for us to print and ship the design.

A: We accept address changes within 1 business day of purchase. If an address change is requested after 1 business day of purchase, we will do our best to accommodate this, but we do not guarantee delivery to the new address. If the item ends up getting shipped to the initial shipping address on your order when the item was purchased, and you want a replacement item mailed to a different address, we will send out a new item to the new shipping address and charge you cost plus shipping.

A: No. We believe if a purchase is made through Etsy's marketplace, communication should happen here as well. Depending on how you have set up your Etsy account preferences, Etsy will send you a copy of an Etsy Message to the email associated to your Etsy account. However, you cannot respond to the actual email since Etsy does not have the functionality to send that email back to an Etsy Message.
