Name spelled wrong on item?

We copy & paste each name directly from each notes section of each order. That way we do not have to retype any names. If we do, however, have an incorrect spelling of a name & you as a buyer typed it in correctly, we will either refund or send a new one. If the mistake is the fault of the buyer - mistyped name or misspelled name - We will offer a 10% discount off the purchase of the exact same item, with the correct spelling.

Wholesale availability

-If your item arrived broken, it may have been insured through Priority USPS shipping. Please take pictures of the packaging, the broken product, & shipping label. Send the pictures via a reply to your invoice/purchase history. I will work with you, file a claim with USPS, & send a replacement if all requirements are met. We are reasonable people & understand things happen beyond our control & yours. We will only send a replacement, NOT A REFUND. -Unfortunately, there are circumstances that have required us to REPLACE only & NOT refund. Custom and personalized orders

Personalized/Custom orders are nonrefundable/nonreturnable. They are products we cannot resell to another buyer. They are uniquely made for each buyer per each buyer's request. If you'd like a proof of any item, we are more than happy to send you one. Please keep in mind, however, this may slow processing time. Delayed replies may also slow processing time.

Where do I include my personalization details?

After you have selected all you need to choose from the drop down menus of the listing, click the button "Add to Cart". You will then arrive at a checkout page. At the checkout page, there is a box entitled "notes to seller". It is in that box where you include you personalized details. That information will show up on the order form, which we read & complete your order from.

Will we do a Mr & Mr or a Mrs & Mrs?

Absolutely! We do not discriminate & will be more than happy to fulfill your order. Simply be sure to include in the notes to seller box on the checkout page that you need a Mr & Mr or Mrs & Mrs along with your last name.

We make everything to order, as ordered. We work as quickly as we can. We suggest cancellations or changes be submitted immediately, within the first few hours. We work relatively fast to keep our customers happiest. Once we create a physical item AS IT WAS ORDERED, we will no longer accept changes or cancellations to the already produced physical product created as it was ordered.

Please hang signs with care. Just like any other item you may purchase, if you drop it - It may break, like a phone or a glass cup or plate. Double sided mounting tape, strips, putty work well for mounting. Please clean back sides of signs + wall with something like an alcohol swab/wipe, where the sign will meet the wall & tape. This works really well. Resting swirls, crevices of letters from small nails works great. For the most secure hanging, pin nailing it to the wall is best.

Do you paint both sides of the signs?

On standing table signs, yes. (ex: Mr&Mrs signs, reserved signs, etc) On most other signs, no. Mounting tape best adheres to backs of signs when they are unpainted. Leaving backs of signs unpainted also cause much less error when looking at a sign upside down or backwards. This way a customer will know for sure if they are looking at their sign upside down. Leaving backs unpainted will also free your wall from being scuffed with the color of the paint on this sign. Our process is about 1 day faster with this process as well. You get your sign sooner.

*Heights may vary slightly with longer/shorter last names. For instance, 10+ character names could be approx 5 inch tall, 4 character names could be 12+ inch tall. Height is also determined by whether or not you have any hanging letters in your name such as y,j,p,q, etc.
General rule, the more letters a last name has, the shorter the height will be. it is always a good idea to take this into consideration when choosing sizes for longer surnames.

**Names without gaps between the bottom line & name will have hearts at beginning or end of name as there will be no place for the heart to sit under & no need to offset the balance of the wood letters & underline. Letters that do not swoop under - F, P, s, C, c, d, e, h, i, l, O, o, T, V, v, W, w - if your name begins & ends with these letters, there is a chance the heart will be placed level with the name at the beginning or end. Names that start with a Y, G, J & end with a y, g, j (or vice versa)**
