Seller's description

A rare and beautiful antique plate dating to the late 19th - early 20th century. The Emile Galle's motifs depict two colorful birds. It has been produced by the pottery manufacture of Saint Clement. Emile Galle (1846-1904) is famous for his glass art but he also worked with "faience" manufacture and created pottery's designs.

It has been signed on the reverse. Looking for a pair ? a matching plate is available in my shop (see last photos).

Condition: overall good antique condition with some normal signs of ages. It may have a enamel's flaw (photo 3). No cracks, no chips.
