This pair of beads is from the lost box. These were made around 1990 at a time I was experimenting with some opaque reds. Nearly all the outer layer was ground off to reveal the intense striped effect seen. The beads measure 9mm X 27 mm and have a 4mm hole. They have the polish consistent with that I was using 20 years ago and may show some small signs of wear from being in the bead box for all that time.

I have 2 more beads that are also matches to these. You can see them here:

To maintain extreme quality control, I employ no help and am responsible for every step of the bead process, from designing and pulling all his own cane all the way through the grinding process.

Often imitated never duplicated

So collectible are Seymour chevrons that chevrons of lesser quality have been marketed as such. The beads being offered here are sold by me, Art Seymour and my daughter Melissa, and come directly from my private collection, All are guaranteed 100% authentic.
