As with most personalized items, returns are not accepted because we cannot resell something once it is monogrammed/personalized. Your item will be completed to the exact specifications you provide while checking out or through our conversation.

If an error is made on our part, we will of course replace or fix the item.

If there is a defect with your item, we will replace your item with proof of the defect (shipping the item back for inspection or pictures to show defect).

If you are concerned about the way your monogram or lettering will look in a particular font, we will happily provide a digital sample of how your personalization will appear before the product goes into production. All you have to do is ask. The item will not go until production until you have approved the digital sample. If you are concerned about colors combinations, let me know. I will be more than happy to help and give you some suggestions.
