This is my second purse pattern from this seller. I cannot express how disappointed I was in this pattern. Very difficult to understand, pictures were not easy to tell if wrong or right side of fabric. I asked for clarity from the seller, and was very surprised that the answers sounded condescending. I get to the end of the pattern and actually found an error. I finally decided that I should ask for a refund on this pattern as I was totally frustrated with the seller and the pattern. To my surprise he said there was no refund and his exact words to me was "I believe you received your $6.40 worth of instructions, if not in the pattern itself, then in the time I have spent in trying to answer your questions and personally instructing you in my techniques." Really no way to treat a customer. I will never be back!

Response from sidquilts

Again, I'm sorry you were disappointed in the pattern and my attempts to help you understand the points where you were confused were misinterpreted. I tried to show you good customer service by answering numerous questions and I hope you enjoy using the wallet you made. I'm very sorry I hurt your feelings as I was just trying to help and didn't mean for my clarifications to sound condescending. As clearly stated in my policies, there is no refund on PDF patterns.
