How do I download files?

Fastest way to download files, is from Etsy.com using a web browser. Login to your account and find purchase and click the download button. YOU CAN NOT DOWNLOAD FROM ETSY APP.

Can I sell physical products with SVG design?

YES! All my listings come with a Commercial License to sell up to 500 physical items!

Why can't I find the SVG file type in the download?

On a PC Computer (Windows), The SVG might display as an " Internet HTML Doc", use THAT file to upload to Design Space or Designer Edition programs. It will display in layers because it IS the SVG.

Why does my SVG design not cut as one piece? It looks all scrabbled on the mat.
