When will my item ship?

All orders ship within 24 hours of ordering, unless special arrangments for custom orders have been arranged via email

What if I need to return my item?

I will gladly accept returns/exchanges on items we sell in new, unworn condition if you've contacted us within 7 days of delivery date. Please note that I do not cover the cost of return shipping. For any returns that require refunds, original shipping fees are not refundable. Personalized and custom items are NOT refundable. I will not accept any returns under any circumstances outside of our listed policy timeline.

How can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order please reach out to me. Unfortunately if your order has shipped I will not be able to cancel it, however I can offer you a refund when the item is returned in the original condition. Thank you for understanding.
