From the designer:

"This replaces the foam insert in the middle of the hero core box and the plastic side tray on the top. It holds all the tokens/chits, tiles and cards from the main boxes and the expansions. There is even some room for expansion in the future, but probably not a ton. Though I don't sleeve my cards, there are two optional prints to accommodate them. Note that you may want to put some fuzzy feet on the bottom of the trays so they don't scratch up your game board."

The trays will be 3D printed in biodegradable black PLA plastic in Saratoga Springs, NY. Please feel free to request customization or send me a note if you would like trays printed in different colors.

Due to high demand, shipping times are listed at 4 to 6 weeks, although they may ship sooner.

NOTE: You will receive Tray 6 for cards that are in sleeves and Tray 7. There is a modified version of Tray 6 that holds cards NOT in sleeves. There is a further modified version of Tray 6 that is taller that holds more sleeved cards and does not include Tray 7. Please review the information at the designer's website below and indicate if you would like the modified Tray 6 to hold cards without sleeves or the taller modified Tray 6 to accommodate sleeves and eliminate the need for tray 7. NOTE: If you do not specify any changes, you will receive tray 6 for sleeved cards and tray 7. THIS IS A CHANGE FROM THE ORIGINAL LISTING as tray 6 for sleeved cards is the most popular option.

3D printed items are not heat-resistant. Although PLA plastic can withstand temperatures up to 140 degrees Fahrenheit (60 Celsius), it can become soft if put in dishwasher, hot water, or even left in a car on a warm day.

Wash 3D prints with a cloth of warm water and mild soap. Most prints are not water-tight.

If a part breaks, you can glue it back together with superglue, Loc-tite gel, epoxy, or any other glue safe for plastics.
3D printed items can be painted with acrylic paints or any other paints that are safe for plastic or PLA plastic. It is recommended that they are primed first. Use of model car paints or spray paint for plastics work well.

If you want to remove visible layer lines, you can sand prior to priming. If sanding removes the natural color from a print, it can sometimes be restored by rubbing olive oil on it. Note that most items are not completely solid and only have approximately a 1mm solid surface so be cautious to not sand down too many layers.
