I take great care in my work however if an item has a fault or arrives damaged I will offer a full refund. Refunds will be processed once the item has been received by return mail and the conditions below have been met.

All Sew Hippie items are 100% vegan. I do not use leather or any other animal by-products in my creations.
Your new Journal Cover can be gently hand washed in cold water. Apply a small amount of detergent to any areas that may be stained. Do not rub fabric or wring. Lay flat to dry. Use a hot iron to remove wrinkles taking care not to iron the elastic strap or satin ribbon (if attached).
1. Gentle hand wash in cold water only using a mild detergent. Apply detergent to any soiled areas prior to washing. Do not rub fabric.
2. Rinse in cold water, drain then gently pat or press to remove excess water. Do not wring. Hang in sun to dry.
3. Iron with a warm to hot iron to remove creases taking great care to avoid any zippers, magnetic snaps or ribbons - especially when they are on the other side of the fabric! Gently iron around these areas.
TIP FOR IRONING YOUR BAG: Roll a towel and place inside your bag to fill out the corners. This will give you a soft but firm surface to iron over. Carefully iron to remove creases.
2. Rinse in cold water, drain then gently pat or press to remove excess water. Do not wring. Hang in sun to dry.
3. Iron with a warm to hot iron to remove creases taking great care to avoid any zippers, magnetic snaps or ribbons - especially when they are on the other side of the fabric! Gently iron around these areas.
