Koi were developed from common carp in ancient China in Jin Dynasty and was later transferred to Korea and Japan, and are still popular there because they are a symbol of love and friendship. A variety of colors and color patterns have since been developed; common colors include white, black, red, yellow, blue, and cream.

Two fish, representing the sign of PISCES, February 19 - March 20.

This necklace features "Koi Pisces", a different version of my KOI pieces.

A die struck with turn of the century tooling in a mirror image left and right pair, have been given a rich antique brass ox finish, MADE in USA. Both fish are at the end of each side of the chain.

The necklace holds by tying a small knot, adjusted to your own preference.

Pendant measures 1~11/16" (43mm) tall x 1~1/4" (32mm) wide.
