Additional policies

TURNAROUND/PRODUCTION TIME

In July 2013 my husband and I moved overseas from the United States to Honduras. Most of my items are now digital files, and will be available for download immediately after payment. Any hand knit items will now process and ship solely when I return to the United States, which will only occur every 3 or 4 months. So, hand knit items are now available only on a special order basis. Please contact me for specifics or to arrange a special order.

COLORS

Most of my items can be made in your choice of color; color choices can be seen in the last photos of my listings. Please note that while I strive to represent colors as accurately as possible, some computer monitors may not show colors the way that they truly look in person. Also, stock swatches of the yarn as seen in my color choice photos are not always the most accurate. If you have purchased an item from me but are not sure about what shade you'd like, please let me know. I am more than willing to send swatches to buyers so that they can make informed decisions about their color choices!
