This is a locally published history book written by Wayne State University professor Harlan L. Hagman. Tom Mason, Michigan's first Governor, was born in 1811 and died in 1843. There are a few photos in this book. It was published in 1981. A perfect addition to your Michigan history library and a good resource for that school report due next week. There are 154 pages including the index and the book measures six by almost nine inches.
