I bought a buckwheat filled pillow and it is perfect for my grounding rituals and meditation. It is the perfect height for spinal alignment and very comfortable to sit on for long periods of time. Also it arrived so fast ! Such a great product and seller :)

Shop was very responsive to questions I had. The quality of the zafu is superb and filled adequately. I am able to sit much longer, and more comfortably than without the cushion. I wish the cover was made to easily remove for washing but am very satisfied overall!
