The quality of the bag is nice. The embroidery was done incorrectly. The description said when doing initial you put the initial of the first name,the initial of the last name (which will be embroidered slightly bigger) and the the middle initial. All the initials were done the same size. So it looks like I put the initials in the wrong order. Wasted money I can’t give this as a Christmas gift.. Beware of this seller. The site doesn’t tell you that certain fonts all letters will be the same size. They will not rectify the problem. Maybe I can get someone to take out the embroidery and redo it correctly
