Exchange is possible, no refunds. If the piece is damaged during the shipping please return it and I will repair or exchange it. If you need a ring resized, It will cost between 25$ to 75$ please contact me for a quote.
I offer a lifetime guarantee on my work. If you have any problem or even just need your piece cleaned down the road, just return the piece and I will repair or replace it for free, you just have to pay the return shipping.

All of the items in my shop are made to order and will require up to 2 weeks to make. Depending on your location and shipping method, delivery can take several days or several weeks to arrive especially if there are delays at customs. Don't leave your order to the last minute!

Almost all items in my shop are custom made in your size or made after the order is placed unless the listing specifically says "ready to ship" Please expect up to two weeks to make your item BEFORE shipping. Feel free to contact me about remaking your engagement ring or just the custom ring of your dreams, special projects can take 2-4 weeks to complete.
I highly recommend that you get your finger properly measured at a jewelry store before ordering. Wrapping a piece of paper or string around your finger and then measuring it is not an accurate way to measure your finger. If your ring doesn't fit, you can return it for a new size but you are responsible for all shipping fees. For wide rings, I recommend ordering 1/2 size larger than your regular size.
